When you are ready to eat the oats, just add water and heat through in the microwave. This is a great breakfast for days when you are out and about, or don’t have much time to prepare anything.

Method

  1. In a small glass container add a teaspoon of cinnamon
  2. Half fill with porridge oats
  3. Add a few mixed fruit pieces or nuts
  4. Add a teaspoon of flax seed
  5. Put the lid on the pot and mix
  6. Add water until the mixture is just covered
  7. Leave in the fridge overnight
